新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の拡散を防ぐ一つの方法は、石けんで手洗い20秒です。今回は20秒をどうやって数えるかについて英語で録音してみました。早口なのでゆっくり数えるのが意外にタイヘンでした(笑)。

Experts recommend you wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap. But, how do you count 20 seconds? Singing the “Happy Birthday” song twice is one idea.
