When you are feeling down… (落ち込んでるときは)
夏休み明けで新学期がしんどいという方のために今回は短い詩を英語で書いてみました。最初に言っておきますが、文才はありませんので、多くを期待してはいけませんよ。(笑)
When you are feeling down
Listen to your favorite music
Talk to your friends
Eat some sweets
Go to bed and cry
Hug a teddy bear
Watch a comedy
Take a long bath
Read your favorite book
Write down what’s eating you
Think it’s okay to feel down
Let others know that you are in a bad mood
Then you might feel a little bit better
